<b>Site(s) Affected:</b> LON1 & LD5 (Primary and Secondary Data Centres) <b>Circuits Affected / Equipment Affected:</b> Colt Tertiary Interconnect Circuit <b>Detailed Description:</b> CSL's mobile network operator partner, Colt, has scheduled maintenance on a tertiary interconnect circuit as part of their ongoing service improvement activities. <b>Impact And Duration: </b> No customer impact is anticipated during this maintenance activity, as both the primary and secondary interconnect circuits will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window. Enhanced monitoring and operational safeguards will be in place to ensure any unexpected issues are promptly identified and addressed. <b>Risk Assessment: </b> Low <b>Implementation Plan:</b> Closely monitor all interconnect services while Colt performs the maintenance. Verify the status of the tertiary interconnect circuit throughout the maintenance window. Monitor routing and traffic behaviour for any anomalies. Validate normal service operation following completion of the maintenance activities. <b>Testing Procedure:</b> Confirm interconnect status before the maintenance commences. Monitor circuit health, traffic flow, and routing stability throughout the maintenance window. Verify that all interconnect services are operating normally upon completion of the maintenance. Confirm no unexpected alarms or service degradation are present. <b>Fallback:</b> Should any unexpected issues arise, Colt will follow their standard rollback procedures to restore the circuit to its previous operational state. CSL will continue enhanced monitoring and validate service stability following any rollback activities.
